Welcome to Campbell Media Group. By engaging in our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before entering into a contract or using our services.

1. Payments

Payments are not made through the website. All transactions are processed separately as outlined in your signed agreement or invoice.

2. Client Contracts

All clients are required to sign a service contract. Contracts are sent directly to the client’s email for review and electronic signature before any work begins.

3. Cancellations

Clients or Campbell Media Group may cancel services with written or verbal notice.

For most services, a two (2) week notice is required prior to cancellation.
For event photo booth bookings, a one (1) month notice is required prior to the scheduled event.
No cancellation fee will be charged for timely cancellations.

4. Client Ownership

During the entire creative and management process, the client retains full ownership of all accounts and content.
Campbell Media Group performs work under the client’s own credentials, whether for social media management, website design, blogging, landing pages, or advertising.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While Campbell Media Group is committed to delivering high-quality work, we do not guarantee specific results or rankings, including but not limited to search engine performance, engagement metrics, or sales outcomes.

6. Content Limitations

Campbell Media Group maintains a strict policy against offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work that includes content violating these standards on any platform we manage.

7. Data Backup and Security

Data backup responsibilities fall under the platforms used (e.g., website hosting providers, social media platforms).
Campbell Media Group does not perform independent data backups.
Each system used (e.g., Wix, Meta, Google) maintains its own data protection and recovery processes.

8. Business Registration

Campbell Media Group is legally registered in the State of Washington and operates under the City of Spokane.

9. Use of Testimonials and Case Studies

By becoming a client, you consent to the use of your testimonials, project results, and case studies for marketing or promotional purposes by Campbell Media Group.
We always strive to present client stories respectfully and accurately.

10. Technical Issues and Liability

Campbell Media Group shall not be held responsible for any technical issues, system downtime, or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or third-party platforms.
Clients acknowledge that technology-related interruptions can occur and are beyond the company’s direct control.

11. Agreement

By signing a contract or continuing to use our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
